Come catch up with a friend and get crafty with us at Matilda’s Cocktail Lounge.
We’ll be painting bottle gourd bird houses. These were grown, dried, and prepped for you on our farm in Dunlap.
All the supplies will be provided and a wire for hanging your bird house will be attached for you.
I’ll have lots of paint colors to choose from and stencils so you may paint any way you like.
The entrance hole is cut to a size that Tufted Titmice love, but White-breasted Nuthatches, Black-capped Chickadees, and wrens may also move in. You can use as home decor if you don’t want to hang it outside.
Each gourd is unique in size and shape.
Grab a cocktail, or mocktail, to enjoy while you paint.
Bonus: You will get a free packet of gourd seeds to take home.
